Responsibilities:

The general purpose of the job is to be responsible for local Iron & Steel Sales accomplishments, revenue and delivering business objectives, and achieving projected growth within the assigned region. Managing the local Sales Teams. Designing and implementing plans and strategies to meet local sales targets while developing and cultivating relationships with clients and ensuring the pricing is maximized to meet company targets.

Requirements:

• Competent, recognized point of contact for customers​
• Extensive knowledge of the regional refractory market and refractory products​ (ceramics)
• Good understanding of business acumen (gross profit, gross margin, LPC, etc.)​
• Computer application skills (MS Office; Lotus etc.)​
• Strong negotiating and sales skills​
• Ability to self-motivate and equally as effective whether lone working or as a team member.​
• Experience managing multiple customers in a high-pressure environment​
• Good business acumen
• Relevant field with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the refractory materials
