Your responsibilities

• The main purpose of this position is comprehensive supervision of the operations of the assigned plant or part of the business to assure safe delivery of the production within the defined quantity, quality, timeline and cost.
• Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality level and safety measures as established and set for the assigned area of responsibilities.
• Assure and develop plant capacity according the needs
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment
• Workforce planning, absenteeism management, workforce flexibilization, workforce multiskilling initiatives
• Meet or exceed operations budget expectations. Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions, actively participate in workforce planning process.
• Coach, Mentor and Develop the team at all levels to maximize individual’s potential and contribution to the wider Company’s strategies and to retain staff.
• Effectively manage operational risk and continually challenge the adequacy and effectiveness of controls to mitigate those risks
• Work closely with SRP and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and initiatives

Our requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, best similar industry
• Minimum Msc - Technical related or Business related
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and understanding of lean principles and methodologies
• Ability to lead, negotiate and manage by influence
• Ability to work to tight time scales
• Manage multiple task whilst maintain a priority focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally across all organizational levels and with external associates
• Collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with other Business Units and Departments
• Very good command of English and Polish
