- Lead CI projects focused on productivity, process optimization, waste reduction, quality and operational performance.
- Apply Lean methods such as VSM, Kaizen, standard work, problem solving, 5S and visual management where they create measurable value.
- Facilitate workshops and structured problem-solving activities with production and support functions.
- Use data and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities, define actions and verify results.
- Develop and sustain Lean standards
- Coach teams and individuals in practical application of Lean and CI / problem solving methods.
- Support development of the site's continuous improvement culture and strategic improvement roadmap.
- Share and adopt best practices through the wider OPEX community.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, Continuous Improvement, process engineering or Operational Excellence.
- Practical understanding of Lean methods, particularly problem solving, waste elimination, standard work, 5S, visual management and process mapping/VSM.
- Demonstrated ability to lead improvement projects, not only participate in Lean activities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convert operational data into improvement opportunities and actions.
- Ability to structure a problem using methods such as PDCA, A3, 5 Why, Ishikawa/root-cause analysis.
- Good project-management and organizational skills, including action tracking, ownership and benefit follow-up.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and work effectively with operators, technicians, engineers and management.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and driving actions across functional boundaries.
- Experience with manufacturing data and digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, ERP/MES systems, digital Lean tools
- Proficient in Polish, English B2.
