I am an perfect example of the fact that Vesuvius offers great opportunities for growth: on a daily basis I am involved in the implementation of Lean methodology in one of our production departments, I conduct workshops on this subject and I am responsible for auditing the implementation of the developed solutions. Access to modern tools is very important in my work, so I am glad that the company is constantly changing and digitizing.
