Position description:

The Supply Network Planner is responsible for the Master Production Schedule (MPS), guaranteeing stock availability, entire order management cycle, and keeping optimal inventory levels in the network, for a subset of our business. Moreover, the Supply Network Planner is the liaison for Demand Planning, Sales and Customer Service to the manufacturing operations to address supply and resolve customer service issues.

Main accountabilities:

• Ensure the Supply Network Plan is in line with approved stock targets and drive inventory performance and working capital optimization to reduce overall Supply Chain cost.
• Identify risks/issues and manage exceptions through the Weekly Planning Process to: Avoid Out of stock and deliver On Time In Full; Highlight and solve internal demand and capacity imbalances; investigate and provide Root Cause Analysis and Mitigation Plans through engagement with cross-functional stakeholders; manage variations to New Product Introduction project timelines.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of Master Data (IBP) to drive accuracy through planning systems.
• Monthly analysis of capacity requirements based on unconstraint demand plan and comparison with available capacity (apply for EMEA AR REGION).
• Execute network stock movements.
• Act as a business point of contact for Customer Service, Operations and Sales and Team.
• Act as a business single point of contact for Customer Operations and Sales
• Analyze the present operational systems for potential efficiency improvements.
  Review designs, throughput, workflow and recommends changes when necessary.

Requirements:

• Graduate in business, economics, or engineering
• Fluent in English
• A Minimum 4 years of supply chain planning and operations experience required with customer    focus demonstrated approach; experience in inventory planning, product distribution would be an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially pivot tables) and PowerPoint required
• Familiarity with Power BI, SAP-IBP, SAP A1 or other planning tool like J.D. Edwards, Tools Group
