This role is to support implementation of SAP A1 in different Vesuvius entities. SAP Key User FI is also involved in improvement initiatives related to SAP A1.
SAP Key User will work closely with GPOs, Project Managers, SAP Key Users from other modules, SAP experts and local business super users dedicated to SAP A1 implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participation in Fit&gap analysis and solution design securing business requirements are adequately covered by the solution
- Support and guide End users and Super Users in Clean-up of data in legacy system
- Verification of data to be loaded / loaded into the new system
- Cooperation with IT team to collect expectations to query in terms of data gathering
- Coordination and control with MDM team (Local and Global) and Business Super users for cleansing at source
- Prepare and conduct unit and integration testing ensuring all business scenarios are covered and system meets business requirements
- Prepare and conduct super user and end user trainings
- Prepare or update training documentation related to specific implementation
- Prepare and conduct activities as part of go-live preparation and cut over
- Support local super users during hyper-care period after go-live, review and address issues and problems which occur, escalate to project manage and GPO if needed
- Act as point of contact for super users after hyper care period in case of support requests
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the SAP Finance module at an advanced level
- Very good understanding of finance and month end closing processes in Vesuvius
- Good understanding of integrations with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, CO)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Willingness to work in international team
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

d) ujawnienie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do wzięcia udziału w procesie rekrutacji;
e) odbiorcami Pana/Pani danych osobowych mogą być podmioty wspierające administratora w przeprowadzeniu procesu rekrutacji;
f) Pana/Pani dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres trwania rekrutacji oraz przez 3 miesiące od zakończenia procesu rekrutacji;
g) Pan/Pani posiada prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem - jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody;
h) Pan/Pani ma prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, gdy Pan/Pani uzna, iż przetwarzanie Pana/Pani danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO.
