Position description:

• Measure the process capability (Cp, Cpk) and variability reduction
• Monitor production process and identify the non-conformities (process / product)
• Defining the scope and frequency of tests as part of the control plan
• Analyze the causes of problems and present opportunities for improvement in terms of technical, raw materials and Product Design
• Approval of derogation for raw materials and components,
• Develop the "re-work" instructions in accordance with the acceptance criteria
• Control of the available technical resources and identification of needs for the implementation of new implementations
• Conduct the periodic compliance audits, identify deviations and propose improvement actions
• Optimize the operation of key production nodes, identify and analyze the conditions deviating from standard
• Standardization of processes within the managed area, creating documented procedures, instructions and forms
• Resource management (molds and tooling of machines and devices
• Monitor and minimize downtime due to changeovers at key production nodes
• Reduce the cycle time of key production machines
• Develop the process flow diagrams
• Processing of RFQ. Cooperation with Product Managers for products requirements.
• Participate in NPI projects, develop test plans and oversee implementation
• Assessment of available technical resources and identification of needs for realization of new implementations,
• Development of a validation plan to be performed before implementing a change to the standards used
• R&D department cooperation in case of technological matters, when solving problems
• Implement the projects aimed at improving processes and products
• Work to reduce the rework and scrap rate
• Participate in the process of validation of operators' competences to work on key production nodes / machines
• Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor and specified in OHS, QMS, EMS

Requirements:

• Higher technical education - materials engineering, ceramics
• Experience:
  • min.3 years in technical and production departments
  • Knowledge of chemistry, materials technology, ceramics 
• Project management
• Knowledge of basic Lean tools (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, Standardization)
• 8D methodology
• Statistical process control, MSA
• MiniTab
• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, ppt) 
• SAP 
• English language - very good knowledge 
• Knowledge of FMEA methodology
• Knowledge PFD, FMEA, Control Plan
• Knowledge of technical drawing 
• Energy permissions
