Dozens of attractions, hundreds of smiling faces, and hours of great music. This year’s Skawina Days 2025 once again drew large crowds and highlighted the strength of our local community. And of course, we couldn’t miss it! 

This past weekend, right in the heart of Skawina, the Vesuvius Poland team proudly represented our company at a dedicated booth, where we met with local residents and shared what truly matters to us. 

Careers with a future in mind 

Our booth sparked a lot of interest. Visitors had the opportunity to explore job opportunities at Vesuvius, talk to our employees, and get a glimpse into what daily life looks like at a global company that has its roots right here – in Skawina. Our representatives spoke about professional development paths, the benefits we offer, and the values that shape our company culture. But just as important as what we shared was what we heard. Listening to the voices of local residents, their needs, opinions, and expectations towards employers – helps us better tailor our offer to the realities of the job market and the aspirations of future candidates.

Our presence at Skawina Days was more than just a hiring initiative. It was also a way to engage in meaningful dialogue with the local community. A community we’re proud to be part of.
