On December 12, an annual anniversary celebration was held at Dworek Skawiński to honor employees distinguished by their long-standing service. The event brought together jubilarians with an impressive tenure of 20 to 45 years, their supervisors, the HR team, and the company’s management.

The evening began with a festive dinner, offering an opportunity for conversations, shared memories, and team bonding. It is a special moment in our company’s calendar – a time when we pause to express our gratitude to those who have contributed to the organization’s success for so many years.

Official recognition of jubilarians

Following the dinner, the formal gift-giving ceremony took place.

Among those honored were employees celebrating 45 years of service: Tomasz Battek, Andrzej Jeleń, and Henryk Majcherczyk. Ireneusz Wcisło marked his 40-year anniversary, while Marek Wiecheć celebrated 35 years with the company.

A particularly large group of employees celebrated 30 years of service, including Robert Bargiel, Andrzej Cich, Wacław Gargula, Wiesław Jazowski, Sławomir Jezioro, Tomasz Krzyżanowski, Wojciech Kucała, Andrzej Kulma, Edward Łyczak, Adam Morys, Jacek Mostowik, Iwona Orłowska, Jan Pająk, Piotr Pierzchała, Bogdan Skop, Henryk Śliwa, Roman Świder, Arkadiusz Wcisło, Grzegorz Wiecheć, Krzysztof Zajda, Artur Ziemba, and Józef Bukowiec.

25 years of service were celebrated by Grzegorz Pobożniak and Tomasz Kapusta, while the group of employees marking 20 years included Maciej Brodłowicz, Michał Grabek, Mariusz Gruca, Krzysztof Kapel, and Jarosław Zaręba.

Supervisors from each department delivered short, heartfelt speeches highlighting the achievements, contributions, and dedication of their team members.
