CORE Program Awards at Vesuvius Poland
2026-02-18In February, four outstanding employees of Vesuvius Poland were honored for achieving a full set of recognitions within our internal CORE program. The awards were granted for consistently demonstrating all four of our company’s core values: Courage, Ownership, Respect, and Energy.
The CORE program is our way of recognizing individuals who embody Vesuvius’ values every day – not only through their professional responsibilities, but also in their relationships with colleagues, clients, and the wider environment. Through this bottom-up initiative, employees can nominate their colleagues or be nominated by their supervisors in recognition of exemplary behavior aligned with our brand values.
Four Awardees at Vesuvius Poland
For their achievements over the past year, the latest CORE award recipients are:
- Ewelina Rak – Human Resources Specialist
- Izabela Wesołowska – W1 Forewoman
- Łukasz Drabik – VISO Foreman
- Kamil Kajdas – VISO Foreman
For three of them – Ewelina, Izabela, and Łukasz – this marks their second annual recognition, demonstrating consistency and authenticity in living our core values.
At the invitation of Plant Director Rafał Czapla and HR Director Jolanta Kasprzycka, the awardees attended a celebratory dinner. This special event was not only a form of congratulations, but also a symbolic reminder of how important CORE values are in our daily operations.
