What does a successful transfer from company to company… environment to environment… culture to culture really mean? I was giving in a thought since March, while getting ready to welcome a group of Accenture employees to the Vesuvius Shared Service Center in Kraków. It came to me today morning, during our celebration, welcome breakfast. Real success of transfer for me is that I came to an office where everything was exactly the same as yesterday. Change happened progressively, non-invasively, naturally. We have been crossing the bridge for several months and today simply stepped on land. Vesuvius land. And it feels good.??
