In April Vesuvius Poland hosted more than 30 students from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics. And as usual, timing is everything – we invited those young people just before the decision they have to make according to choose the specialization.

During the day, the “Zirconia”, “Magnesite” and “Bauxite” groups had the opportunity to visit our production departments and R&D laboratories. Our employees presented Vesuvius innovative products and talked about our internship program and career development opportunities within our company.

It was a great honour for us to show the students how Vesuvius operates and contributes to the field of materials engineering and energy saving. We are proud of our products and the work we do, and we are always eager to share our passion with others. Therefore, other groups are coming in the next few weeks, also from the faculty of Metallurgy.
