“Own your journey” and “Shape the future with us” are slogans accompanying the new edition of the campaign aimed at inviting people to work at Vesuvius Poland in Skawina. They refer to the global motto of the Vesuvius group, “Think beyond. Shape the future.” As part of the promotional activities, a photo session involving employees from various departments of the company was conducted.

“Own your journey” is an encouragement to independently determine goals and career direction. At Vesuvius, everyone has the opportunity to choose their career path according to their own values. The slogan inspires reflection on personal aspirations and motivates taking actions to achieve them.

“Shape the future with us” is an invitation to collaborate and engage in decision-making processes and innovations that impact personal, organizational, and global development. Vesuvius Group is a global leader in sustainable technologies and refractory products. These are applied in foundries, steelworks, and other industries where modern infrastructure, medicine, transportation, and many other fields of the contemporary world originate.

These slogans, through a photo session organized on the company premises, are represented by members of our team: Ewelina, Marta, Kamila, Maciej, Krzysztof, and Jarek. They specialize in various fields, from typical production tasks to personnel, planning, or managerial positions.

The campaign includes both field activities – billboards, posters, and large-format banners on the plant premises – as well as online activity on social media. The photographs were taken by Joanna Nowicka – a photographer with over 20 years of experience and the creator of the artistic portrait concept, One People Story.

Job offers mainly cover production positions, but candidates for warehouse work and maintenance departments are also sought after. The need to expand the team is associated with the intensive development and expansion of production departments – the Skawina plant is a flagship location of the international Vesuvius group, where alongside product manufacturing, the research and development department is thriving.
