Quality Day 2026 in Skawina

2026-10-13

Quality Day is one of the most important dates in our organization’s calendar, helping us build and strengthen the right workplace culture. It is also an opportunity to review the actions we have taken so far and discuss how the quality of our everyday work affects our products, processes and cooperation with customers and partners across the entire supply chain.

This year was no different. On October 8, our site in Skawina became a space for discussions and the exchange of experiences around quality. This year’s celebration was also a special occasion as we marked the first anniversary of the SMART WAY – 8 Quality Principles program, which has been an important part of our efforts to strengthen quality awareness across the organization for the past year.

During meetings with our management team and special guests, we reviewed the actions implemented so far, including the results and experience gained during the first year of the SMART WAY program. We also discussed the importance of our everyday decisions – how we perform our work, what we pay attention to and whether we focus on finding better solutions. These daily actions, our approach to our responsibilities and our readiness to respond to emerging challenges all have a significant impact on the quality of our processes and products.

As part of the event, we also set up an educational Quality Stand, where employees could test their knowledge by taking part in various activities, including crosswords, puzzles and quizzes related to quality.

The main question behind this year’s Quality Day was: what can we do to further improve the quality of our work? Employees had the opportunity to share their ideas and suggestions anonymously, focusing on areas for further improvement. The proposals collected during the event will be reviewed as part of the evaluation process and may serve as a starting point for further actions.

This year’s Quality Day was not only an opportunity to review the many changes that have taken place over the past year, but also a reminder that quality is the result of the everyday work of the entire team. Every decision, response to a problem or idea for improvement can make a difference to the way we operate as an organization.

Thank you to everyone who took part in Quality Day, shared their insights and took the time to talk.
